·      Graduated with Doctoral Degree from Central University of Tibetan Studies,
       Sarnath, Varanasi 
 
·      Worked as an Associate Professor in Indian Buddhist Philosophy at CUTS,
       Sarnath for 20 years
 
·      Currently the Director of Central Institute of Buddhist Studies, Choglamsar, Leh,
        Ladakh
